Return Policy
Trionic Sverige AB and www.trionic.com.au (Lightwave Trading Australia Pty Ltd) handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Trionic Australia does not offer or accept returns of purchased equipment. However, at our discretion, you may be able to return the Walker or Veloped to our office in Melbourne Australia.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. All refunds are made at the discretion of Trionic Sverige AB and www.trionic.com.au (Lightwave Trading Australia Pty Ltd).
The cost of the return shipment of a Veloped or Walker will be borne by the customer. Return costs within Australia vary greatly and daily. You are advised to contact Trionic Australia for advice on how to obtain a fair and reasonable freight cost.
Return deliveries of Velopeds or Walkers are usually collected at your door by the freight company courier.
You are also guaranteed a 14-day return policy to our Melbourne address for smaller orders of accessories, spare parts, etc., but you are then responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
